I was born in Eindhoven and I am still studying at the Faculty of Translation and Interpreting in Maastricht. Last year, I moved from Maastricht back to Eindhoven to be able to be with my boyfriend in Groningen more often.

When I had to find a place to finish my graduation internship, I was very glad to obtain an internship at Global textware. Global textware specializes in the IT-branch, which fits with one of my specialization courses, Localization. Also, I get the chance to see whether I would still wish to move to Groningen, after I finish my studies.

My internship has only just begun, so I'm still in an orientation fase. However, I have already assited in one 'real' assignment, which has been very exciting! I am looking forward to doing more.

Besides my internship, I have by now quite a busy life in Groningen. I go to the gym several times a week, in the weekends or on free evenings I quite enjoy playing a game or two with friends and on Sunday you can find me on the hockey field as enthousiastic supporter of the first team of Hockeyclub Eelde.

Furthermore do I love reading, travel up and down the counrty to see my friends and family, keep a little kitchen garden on the roof terrace, love to go to the market to buy tasty ingredients and love to spend a day in the kitchen cooking up a meal
