I was born in Winschoten in 1977 and I haven't got round to leaving yet. After reading English Language & Culture at the Rijksuniversiteit Groningen I landed a job at Global textware, after a brief period as an employee at a call centre. Finally I had a job for which I had been trained.

My spare time is usually spent on my 1001 hobbies. I make music with my band Sanguinary, I draw, I fashion jewellery, I'm brushing up on my html and css for my own website (and the band's), I read a lot (mostly fantasy, humour and non-fiction) and I occupy myself with everything I find interesting (history, arts & crafts, computers, technology, trivia).

I'm an active member of the staff association at Global textware. The staff association is going to organise fun activities for the fun group of people that work here.
